OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated January 16, 2020, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) acquiring approximately 69.0 hectares (170.5 acres) of land located at West Lawrencetown, Halifax County, Nova Scotia, currently identified as PIDs: 00490250, 41214792, and 41205584 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Robert Eisener and Joan Eisener or their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors or assigns for a purchase price of $170,000 (plus HST if applicable), subject to the condition that Robert Eisener and Joan Eisener or their respective executors, trustees administrators or approved successors or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
