Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting internet sales contracts in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after the date on which
Chapter 40 of the Acts of 2001 is proclaimed.
