B.C. Reg. 223/2009 , deposited September 17, 2009, pursuant to the SECURITIES AMENDMENT ACT, 2006 [Section 71]. Order in Council 486/2009, approved and ordered September 16, 2009.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective September 28, 2009, the following provisions of the Securities Amendment Act, 2006 , S.B.C. 2006, c. 32, are brought into force:

(

a) sections 1 (j), 12, 14 and 15;

(

b) section 18 to the extent that it repeals sections 73 to 75 of the Securities Act , R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418;

(

c) section 51 (b).
