OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 9, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 28 of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to order that the supplemental sums identified in Column II of Schedules "A" and "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation and this Order are hereby appropriated for the departments or services appearing opposite thereto and such supplemental sums are to be charged to the Current Account for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2005, effective December 20, 2005.
