OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Immigration dated November 21, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Immigration, effective December 12, 2017, entering into: (

a) the Express Entry

Chapter to the Canada-Nova Scotia Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Information Sharing, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) subsequent chapters to the Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Information Sharing.
