OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated May 17, 2005, pursuant to Sections 17 and 18 of
Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Sharon R. Richard of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Labour Standards Tribunal for a term of office of three years commencing June 9, 2005; and (
b) fix the remuneration for Sharon R. Richard at $100 for each day she necessarily attends as a member of the Labour Standards Tribunal to the business of the Tribunal, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by her in the discharge of her duties.
