OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated March 1, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act, is pleased to appoint John A. (Obbie) Mitchell of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Cape Breton Regional Library Board for a term of office of three years commencing March 30, 2006.
