OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 22, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 14 of the Acts of 1998, the Health Research Foundation Act, is pleased to appoint: (
a) Robert C. Bailey of Sydney, Cape Breton County, (
b) Shelagh Campbell-Palmer of Berwick, Kings County, (
c) Mary Elizabeth Lyon of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford), (
d) Catherine Morley of Wolfville, Kings County, and (
e) Steven M. Smith of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as members of the Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing May 7, 2013.
