On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 1, 2008,

Schedule 1 of the Carbon Tax Act , S.B.C. 2008, is amended by deleting items 1 to 6, 13, 16 and 17 of the Table and substituting the following as indicated:
