Order in Council 743/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 46/2024 dated January 11, 2024, Tova Burkhart of Sarnia was appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission pursuant to

section 6 (2) of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act , 2020 , S.O. 2020, c. 24;

And

whereas Tova Burkhart resigned from her position as a member of the board of directors of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 46/2024 dated January 11, 2024 is revoked effective the day this Order in Council is made.
