Chapter 73 of the Acts of 2010,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Securities Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 73 of the Acts of 2010,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Securities Act, except subsection (2) of
Section 15, do come into force on and not before January 11, 2011.
