OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated January 15, 2019, and upon notice of a fee increase having been given in accordance with

Section 4 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2007, the Fees Act , and pursuant to subsection 12(1) of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Farm Registration Act , is pleased, effective on and after April 1, 2019, to (

a) repeal the Farm Registration Regulations , N.S. Reg. 138/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-628 dated August 22, 1995; and (

b) make new regulations respecting farm registration in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
