OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated November 4, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 4C of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective November 9, 2021, to: (

a) assign all affairs and matters pertaining to the Land Titles Initiative under

Part I of the Land Titles Clarification Act from the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables to the Minister responsible for Equity and Anti-Racism Initiatives; and (

b) direct that for administration purposes all matters and affairs pertaining to the Land Titles Initiative under

Part I of the Land Titles Clarification Act be attached to the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism Initiatives.
