OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Immigration dated December 18, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Immigration entering into: (
a) a Letter of Intent regarding information sharing for the Nova Scotia Nominee Program, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (
b) any extensions to the Letter of Intent regarding information sharing for the Nova Scotia Nominee Program, if required, effective on and after January 16, 2018.
