Administrator Executive Council Chambers, Victoria Administrator On the recommendation of the undersigned, the I i c •tc t by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 2, 2022, (

a) the appointment of Thea Alice Dowler as an Executive Assistant, made by Order in Council 059/2020, is rescinded, (

b) Thea Alice Dowler is appointed as a Ministerial Advisor in the Office of the Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Housing, (

c) Thea Alice Dowler is to be paid in accordance with the band classification set out in the British Columbia Management Classification and Compensation Framework administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) the terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointees in the "Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees" administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Thea Alice Dowler.
