section 29: 29.1 The levies fixed, imposed and collected with respect to the marketing of milk locally within Alberta pursuant to the Alberta Milk Order and the Alberta Milk Marketing Levies Order, as amended, both made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act (Canada) are deemed to have been lawfully fixed, imposed and collected pursuant to this Act. 3 This Act comes into force on the day upon which it is assented to. 1 Explanatory Notes This Bill will amend
