Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Chartered Professional Accountants Act , dated December 12, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 18A of

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2015, the Chartered Professional Accountants Act , and

Section 18 of the

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, hereby revokes the appointment of Angus Bonnyman as a Member - Public Representative of Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia’s Public Accounting Licensing Committee, effective February 4, 2020.
