Order in Council 1007/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Optometry Act, 1991 ,

John Van Bastelaar of Port Elgin

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Optometrists of Ontario for a period of three years, effective April 18, 2017 to and including April 17, 2020.
