OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 20, 2001, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Rosemary A. Mason, made pursuant to Order in Council 96-286 dated April 16, 1996; and (
b) appoint Rosemary A. Swim of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Bridgewater Police Department.
