Order in Council 58/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act ,

P. Douglas Lafreniere of Ameliasburgh

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Hastings and Prince Edward Counties Health Unit for a period of three years, effective January 6, 2017 to and including January 5, 2020.
