c) All taxes due to The Board of Trustees of Jasper School District No. 3063 are deemed to be taxes due to the Minister of Municipal Affairs for Jasper Improvement District and may be dealt with as if the taxes had been imposed by the Minister of Municipal Affairs for Jasper Improvement District.

d) All rights of action and actions by or against The Board of Trustees of Jasper School District No. 3063 pertaining to Municipal Services may be continued or maintained by or against the Minister of Municipal Affairs for Jasper Improvement District.
