Chapter of the Statutes of Alberta, 1959; and WHEREAS a petition has been presented that it be further amended as hereafter set forth and it is expedient to grant the prayer of the petition; THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and witii tiie advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1 The General Hospital (Grey Nuns) of Edmonton Act is amended by this Act. 2 The Title is amended by adding 'The" before "General". 3

Section I is amended by adding "The" before "General Hospital (Grey Nuns) of Edmonton". Explanatory Notes The amendment inserts the word "The" before the words "General Hospital (Grey Nuns) of Edmonton" in the title

section 1. 3 The amendment adds the word 'The" to the name of the hospital.

Section presently reads: 1. Sister Alice Gauthier, s.g.m.. Sister Anna Beaulac, s.g.m.. Sister Marguerite Arseneau, s.g.m.. Sister Annette Bergeron, s.g.m., and such other persons are now or may hereafter become, under the provisions of this Act, members of the said corporation, shall be and are hereby declared to be a body politic and corporate in deed and in name by the name of General Hospital (Grey Nuns) of Edmonton for the purposes and objects hereincfter set out.
