OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated September 16, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 425 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission Act , and
Section 18 of the
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Michael Wilson of Liscomb, Guysborough County, as a member of the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission effective October 1, 2019.
