OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 11, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land located in Milton, Queens County, containing 93.1 +/- hectares (230 +/- acres) as crosshatched in grey on the map labeled as

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Queens County Memorial Scout Camp Association, its trustees, approved successors and assigns, for a total purchase price not to exceed $155,000, plus survey and legal costs, subject to the condition that Queens County Memorial Scout Camp Association, its trustees, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
