OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 17, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 327 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Ombudsman Act, is pleased to approve the appointment of Kerry Langlois, of Eastern Passage, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an assistant and employee of the Ombudsman, and such assistant and employee to be paid at the rate of pay and receive benefits equivalent to the civil service classification MCP 14, effective on and after June 7, 2007.
