OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 5, 2004, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed, subject to a 3.66 metre wide easement in favour of the Crown, by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an area of 2753 square metres, more or less, situate at Summerville Beach, Queens County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Quarterdeck Restaurant & Cottages Incorporated, a body corporate with its registered office at Summerville, Queens County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $13.47 per square metre, the exact area to be determined by a survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
