PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. , Approved and Ordered Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria Presiding Member of the Executive Council (This

Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 300/2023 O10764543 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, (

a) effective February 15, 2024, (

i) Kayla Huycke is appointed as a Correspondence Officer in the Office of the Premier, (ii) Kayla Huycke is to be paid as a Communications Officer beginning at step of the salary range set out in the BCGEU Salary

Schedule administered by the British Columbia Public Service Agency, and (iii) terms and conditions of empl oyment equivalent to those established for category B appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the British Columbia Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Kayla Huycke, and (

b) effective February 22, 2024, (

i) the appointment of Ashley Hampson as a Correspondence Coordinator in the Office of the Premier, made by Order in Council 300/2023, is rescinded, (ii) Ashley Hampson is appointed as a Corresponde nce Coordinator in the Office of the Premier, (iii) Ashley Hampson is to be paid as a Communicati ons Officer beginning at step of the salary range set out in the BCGEU Salary

Schedule administered by the British Columbia Public Service Agency, and (iv) terms and conditions of empl oyment equivalent to those established for category B appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the British Columbia Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Ashley Hampson. 54 February 12, 2024
