Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minster of Transportation and Public Works dated November 12, 1998, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to grant a partial release from the deed restriction contained in clause (

a) in the deed dated June 26, 1974, between the Province (Grantor) and the Municipality of the County of Colchester (Grantee) which conveyed 54.24 acres, more or less; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Her Province of Nova Scotia to execute such documents and agreements as may be required in connection therewith, all agreements to be subject to the approval of the Minister of Justice.
