Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)
Under the authority of
section 10 of the Environment Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Dogberry Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of Philips Head as a protected water supply area.
NOTICE
This area includes all lands described as follows:
That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 200530 44 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 140 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 95 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 358 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 290 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 235 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 116 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres to the point of commencement.
All bearings refer to Grid North.
