OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 19, 2007 and pursuant to clause 59A(

a) and subsections 59C(1), (1A) and (2) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve Harbourside Commercial Park Inc. signing an Agreement of Purchase and Sale with ProtoCase Incorporated for the sale of approximately 1.8 acres of land in Harbourside Commercial Park that contains an environmental indemnification clause substantially in the form set out in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 19, 2007; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to execute such documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
