OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 24, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to approve the revocation of the appointment of Janet D. W. Willwerth as Chief Electoral Officer, effective on and after November 28, 2003.
