Order in Council 122/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

section 2 of the Liquor Control Act ,

Penny Lipsett , of Elora, Ontario

be reappointed as a member and designated as the Vice-Chair of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, and to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three months, effective February 1, 2019.
