OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 28, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of Parcel C at Sydney, Cape Breton County, consisting of 3270 square metres more or less and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on a plan marked
Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of twinning Highway 125, Sydney, Cape Breton County.
