Order in Council 1196/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Shanti Gidwani of Toronto, appointed by O.C. 277/2022 as a part-time member of the board of directors to the Boards specified in the table below has resigned, effective June 15, 2023;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsections 7(1) and (2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 277/2022 be revoked.
