Order in Council 394/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Highway Traffic Act , R.S.O. 1990,

chapter H.8,

Felix Fung

be appointed as Registrar of Motor Vehicles effective May 1, 2025.

Further that Order in Council number O.C. 241/2023, dated February 23, 2023, appointing Marcelle Crouse as Registrar of Motor Vehicles, be revoked effective May 1, 2025.
