, I designate the area generally known as the Kelly's Pond Water Supply Area

for the Town of

Spaniard

's Bay as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Port de Grave abutted and bounded as follows:

By a line drawn from military grid reference NAD 27, Zone 21, 320,000 metres east, 5,278,000 metres north, 107

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 00
