Order in Council 443/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1231/2004, dated June 17, 2004 Dr. Richard Gordon Denton was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. Richard Gordon Denton has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective April 25, 2018;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 1231/2004, dated June 17, 2004, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
