OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 11, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to (

a) authorize the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

i) extend the term of the agreement dated January 18, 2012 between the Nova Scotia Nature Trust and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia as represented by the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Natural Resources respecting the acquisition of lands for protection, such extension to end on March 31, 2015; (ii) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order; and (

b) authorize the entering into of the net debt obligation created by the extension referred to in paragraph (a), effective on and after March 28, 2014.
