Order in Council 252/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas William Luke was reappointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective February 18, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1555/2022;

And

whereas William Luke tendered his resignation effective January 27, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Order in Council O.C. 1555/2022 be revoked effective January 27, 2024.
