Section 29 of

Chapter 45 of the Acts of 2007,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that clause (

b) of

Section 1, Sections 4 to 6, 8 to 13, 17 and 18, clauses (

b) and (

c) of

Section 20 and Sections 21 to 24, 27 and 28 of

Chapter 45 of the Acts of 2007,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, do come into force on and not before June 1, 2008.
