OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated October 29, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to, effective December 5, 2019 authorize Tourism Nova Scotia to enter into an agreement with GZL International Travel Services Ltd. and Halifax Stanfield Airport Services Inc. (or other subsidiary of Halifax International Airport Authority), in the form substantially as set out and described in
Schedule A forming part of this Report and Recommendation, subject to such variations that do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
