OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs dated January 8, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into an Economic and Regulatory Partnership Agreement with the Province of New Brunswick substantially in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject to such variations as may be required in accordance with the Agreement.
