OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 4, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 348 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Police Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister responsible for Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister of Justice to enter into an Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada providing a Framework Agreement for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) First Nations Community Policing Service (FNCPS) in the Province of Nova Scotia, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
