Order in Council 877/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 8(3)(

g) and subsection 8(5) of the Justices of the Peace Act , Michael Samuel Phillips of Gormley, Ontario, be reappointed as a member of the Justices of the Peace Review Council for a period of four years, effective May 2, 2017.
