Order in Council 1724/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Pharmacy Act, 1991 , Elnora Magboo of Brampton be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Pharmacists to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective January 11, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
