Order in Council 398/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 , Anthony Fredericks of Pickering be reappointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a fixed term of two years effective the later of April 11, 2025 date this Order in Council is made.
