Order in Council 733/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1) and 7(2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , Adrian Bita of Orangeville be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Central West Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective May 6, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
