OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Ministers of Environment and Natural Resources dated May 9, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 11(3) of
Chapter 27 of the Acts of 1998, the Wilderness Areas Protection Act, is pleased to approve the designation by the Minister of Environment of a wilderness area to be known as Kelley River Wilderness Area, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after the date the signed boundary description and plan for the wilderness area are deposited in the Provincial Crown Lands Record Centre, also known as the Crown Land Information Management Centre.
