Order in Council 1952/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1371/2019 made September 26, 2019, Navdeep Sidhu-Gill was appointed as Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for the period commencing October 2, 2019 and ending January 3, 2020;

And

whereas it is desirous to reappoint Navdeep Sidhu-Gill as Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act , as amended, Navdeep Sidhu-Gill is hereby reappointed as Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, effective from January 3, 2020, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond July 3, 2020.
