OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated May 27, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 147 of the Acts of 1970, the Saint Mary's University Act, is pleased to, effective July 5, 2011, reappoint Larry Hood of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, and appoint Rakesh C. Jain of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as members of the Saint Mary's University Board of Governors for a term of office of three years.
